Do you charge a call-out fee?
There is no call-out fee during our standard business hours of Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm. For work outside these hours, ask us about the applicable charges when you book. The work itself is quoted or charged separately.
Can I book same-day service?
Same-day appointments may be available, depending on our current bookings, the job and any parts required. Contact us to check the earliest available appointment. Same-day attendance is subject to availability.
